After waiting almost 3 years for this album, Travis Scott finally released ASTROWORLD in 2018. Named after the amusement park in Houston, it was shut down in 2005 due to declining patronage. It took away a piece of Travis’s heart, and for that reason, Travis named his album after that amusement park and is planning to rebuild it in Houston.

The album contains 17 songs featuring one of the game’s hottest rappers, such as Frank Ocean, The Weeknd, Swae Lee, Drake, Migos, NAV, Kid Cudi, Juice Wrld, Gunna, Don Toliver, James Blake and 21 Savage. The songs had amazing production of different beats such as chill, hype and relaxed ones. The song that blew everyone’s mind was Sicko Mode because it had 3 different beats. It was like riding a rollercoaster because of the switch of emotions. I personally enjoyed all the songs and think that they were all top-tier and have immense replay value.

The wait for ASTROWORLD was worth it, and I enjoyed every second of it. I’m really excited for his next album, called “Utopia,” and will be released sometime this year, 2021. I’m looking forward to seeing what Travis will bring to the table this time.
